国际照明委员会（Commission International d'Eclairage，简称CIE）是一个非盈利性国际标准化组织。其宗旨是：
制订照明领域的基础标准和度量程序等；
提供制订照明领域国际标准与国家标准的原则与程序指南；
制订并出版照明领域科技标准、技术报告以及其他相关出版物；
提供国家间进行照明领域有关论题讨论的论坛；
与其他国际标准化组织就照明领域有关问题保持联系与技术上的合作。
CIE下设7个部：分别是视觉与色彩；光与辐射的测量；内部环境与照明设计；交通照明与标志；外部照明与其他设备；光生物学与光化学；图像技术
